What devices is iCard Nova compatible with?

To be able to upgrade to iCard Nova you need an Android device with OS 8.0 or higher or iPhone running iOS 14 or later. We have enhanced our security measures for a better experience and as a result, iCard can run on devices with newer versions of the operating systems.

In case you don’t see the Card Nova update, you can try the following:

• In case your updates are not turned automatically, check in Google Play, App Store or AppGallery if you see the ‘Update’ button
• Open your device settings to check whether the version of your operating system meets our requirements
• Try clearing your device cache
