How do I cancel an already-sent mass transfer?

In case you made a mistake, you will not be able to cancel a single payment from the mass transfer file once you have confirmed it. The only possible solution is to cancel the whole mass transfer, make the necessary corrections, and upload the file again. 

Keep in mind that you can cancel it only if the payments have not been executed by the iCard system yet. If you need to cancel a mass transfer, please contact us as soon as possible via phone, live chat or at support@icard.com.

If the mass transfer has already been processed and sent out from our system, we will have to start an investigation procedure and contact the recipient’s bank. A fee for processing a cancellation request will be applied according to the applicable tariff
