My outgoing bank transfer has not been received yet. What can I do?

If you have received a notification that your transfer was executed but it still has not been received by the recipient, you can do one of the following:

  • Double-check the estimated arrival times here;
  • Download a transfer confirmation and send it to the beneficiary to check if the details are correct;
  • Ask the recipient to check with their bank. Keep in mind that the transfer can be delayed in case the receiving bank wants to conduct additional checks.

In case you want to start an investigation, you should send a request to support@icard.com. Keep in mind that there is a fee applied according to your tariff, based on the transfer type.
