How to redeem my GiftCard balance?

If you wish to transfer your GiftCard balance to one of your iCard accounts, you can easily do that by following the steps below:

1. Log into your iCard account.
2. Find your GiftCard on the ‘Wallet’ screen.
3. Tap on the button ‘Redeem balance’.
4. Choose an account to which you want to transfer the funds.
5. Confirm the operation.

Please note that your GiftCard has to be added to the iCard Digital Wallet in order to redeem its balance. You can read how to add it here.

Keep in mind that there is a fee for this operation which you can check in your Tariff. In case your balance is not enough to cover the fee, you won’t be able to complete the transfer.
