How safe is my card and how to add an extra layer of security?

We’re very invested in providing a secure environment and that’s why we’ve made your card management easy. Each one of your cards can be controlled from its settings menu. Here’s how to access it:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Choose one of your cards from the ‘Cards’ section on the home screen.
3. Click on 'Settings'.

Depending on the chosen card, you’ll see different types of settings. In this menu, you can set card limits and select which types of transactions you want to allow for your card, such as POS and online payments, and cash withdrawals. If you’ve allowed iCard to send you notifications, you’ll receive real-time notifications for each transaction.
