Is there an issuance fee for the iCard Metal card?

Yes, an issuance fee applies when ordering an iCard Metal card, depending on the selected subscription plan:

Monthly plan
A one-time issuance fee is charged when ordering the card.
The monthly maintenance fee starts being charged from the following month.

Annual plan
No separate issuance fee is charged, as it is included in the annual maintenance fee.

This means that with the monthly plan you initially pay for the card issuance, while with the annual plan all costs are combined into a single fee.
