I haven’t received my card. What should I do?

The delivery of your card depends on the method you’ve selected, as well as your location. If you haven’t received your card yet, first, check your recent notifications to see what was the exact date when your card was sent. Then, check the estimated timeframes and if more time has passed, get in touch with our Customer Support Team.

Courier delivery – it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive your order depending on your location. If you need, we can provide you with the tracking number for your order so that you can easily check its status. If more than the estimated time has passed, please get in touch with us so that we can make an additional check with the courier company.

Postal services – postal delivery can take around 20 business days. Keep in mind that we won’t be able to provide you with a tracking number. In case you haven’t received your card within this period, please try to check with your nearest postal office that corresponds to your delivery address.

Keep in mind that you can request to cancel your undelivered card so you can order a new one. However, if you receive the cancelled card with delay, you won’t be able to activate it.
