What is iCard Metal cashback?

As a holder of iCard Metal, you earn cashback every month which accumulates for all of your online and POS payments. The cashback percentage depends on the country where the merchant is based:

• For payments within countries from the EEA, you’ll receive 0.20% of the payment’s value back to your account.
• For payments outside the EEA, you’ll get 1.00% of the amount.

You’ll receive the accumulated amount on the 5th of the following month. The maximum amount you can get back to your iCard account is up to the monthly service fee for iCard Metal.

Keep in mind that you aren’t entitled to receive cashback when your iCard Metal is used for:

• Cash withdrawals and cash loaning;
• Fees related to payment services;
• E-wallets funding and/or other payment instruments;
• Transfer of funds to another account;
• Payments for purchase/transfers of cryptocurrency and other similar instruments;
• Payments for gambling;
• Payments for insurance products;
• Payments for hosting services providers and other types of information society service providers;
• Payments to adult content websites;
• Payments for subscriptions;
• Payments to pawnshops;
• Payments related to financial instruments and/or securities;
• Top-up payments;
• Payments for goods and services that are subject to chargeback and cancellation/return;
• Currency conversion;
• Quasi-cash withdrawal transactions.

You won’t receive cashback if your iCard Metal or iCard account is blocked for any reason, or if you haven't paid your service fee on time.
