What is a chargeback?

It's a process that allows you to dispute a transaction in cases where:

  • The merchant didn’t provide the purchased goods or services at all or as described;
  • You were incorrectly charged (double charged or in incorrect currency);
  • If the payment was not made by you, e.g. your card details were compromised or your card was lost/stolen.

Keep in mind that there is no guarantee that we can get your money back since the process is defined by Mastercard and Visa.
