How to submit a chargeback request?

You can dispute a card transaction in one of the following cases:

  • You haven’t received the purchased goods/services from the merchant;
  • You were incorrectly charged;
  • The payment was not authorised by you.

To submit a chargeback, you should get in touch with our Customer Support Team and provide the following details:

  1. Which transaction do you want to dispute?
  2. What is the reason for your chargeback request?
  3. Explain why you couldn’t resolve your issue with the merchant. You may attach all correspondence with the merchant, agreements, or other related documents.

Please make sure to provide full and honest information to help us clarify the reason for your dispute and details to support your case to maximise the chances of getting your money back.

Keep in mind that there’s a fee for initiating the procedure according to the Tariff. This fee covers the cost of the card schemes that investigate the case.
