An ATM has swallowed my debit card. What should I do?
If your card got stuck in an ATM, the first thing you should do is log into the app and freeze it to prevent any unauthorised payments. Keep in mind that most ATMs won’t return your card for security reasons. We strongly recommend ordering a replacement card.
