How to make an insurance claim?

If an insurance event occurs, you should first contact the Assistance company and Generali Insurance AD within 48 hours.

If you want to file a claim, you should do this within 7 days of the occurrence of the insurance event. You’ll need to fill in a Request for Payment form, provided by the Insurer. Find more details about what information and documents you should provide here

Keep in mind that in order for the insurance indemnity to be paid out, you are obliged to present the following documents in original – invoices, receipts, or bills for all expenses.
