My debit card is expiring. What should I do?

Your debit card will remain active and you can continue using it to make payments until the last day of its expiry month. 

If you have an iCard Visa, we’ll send you an e-mail notification 30 days prior to the expiry date written on the card. It’ll be renewed automatically* and sent to the address that you‘ve previously used for delivery. If you want to change the delivery details or cancel the renewal, you’ll be able to do so directly from the button in the e-mail no later than 15 days after receiving the notification.

If you have an iCard Visa Infinite or iCard Metal card that is expiring, keep in mind it won’t be renewed automatically. You’ll need to confirm the renewal and pay your subscription fee. Again, you’ll receive an e-mail reminder at the beginning of its expiry month.

* Keep in mind that if you haven’t used your card in the past year, it won’t be renewed automatically and you’ll have to order a new one.
