How to cancel my premium card?

In case you want to cancel your premium card iCard Visa Infinite or iCard Metal, you should send us a request at support@icard.com, or start a live chat.

Cancelling your iCard Visa Infinite or iCard Metal within 14 days of ordering the card:

• If you’ve paid a monthly fee, you’ll have to cover the cost of the production and personalisation of your card.
• If you’ve paid an annual fee, we’ll withhold the amount for the cost of production and personalisation, and the rest of it will be refunded to your account.

Cancelling the premium cards after the 14-day period:

• If you’ve paid a monthly fee, you’ll have to pay а service cancellation fee according to your Tariff.
• If you’ve paid an annual fee, you won’t have to pay the cancellation fee but we won’t refund the fee which you’ve already paid.

Keep in mind that if you cancel your iCard Visa Infinite or iCard Metal, all premium services related to your card will become unavailable, but your card will remain active and you’ll be able to use it as a standard payment card.
