My virtual card might have been compromised. What should I do?

If you receive a notification to confirm an online payment that was not initiated by you, please decline the payment from the mobile app and freeze the card immediately. Then, contact our Customer Support Team.

In case you notice an unauthorized payment in your transaction list, freeze your card and get in touch with us. We will investigate the case and you can also submit a chargeback request.
