What happens when my premium card expires?

When your card is about to expire, you will receive notifications by email and/or in the app reminding you to order a new card. You can do this quickly and easily directly from the app.

If you do not order a new card, the expired one will no longer be usable for payments. Depending on whether you have another active premium card, you may keep your Premium plan or it may be changed to a standard plan.

To continue using all Premium services, you will need to order a new card. Please note that fees may apply according to the iCard tariff when issuing a new card.
