I received a GiftCard. How to activate it?

If you’ve received a virtual eGiftCard, you just need to accept it. Once you log into the app, you will see an indication of the received card on the Home screen. After tapping on it, a new screen will open where you need to select the ‘Accept’ button, and the card will appear in the ‘Cards’ section. You can check its details and use it for online shopping or add it for contactless payments with your phone.

If you were given a plastic GiftCard, you’ll need to activate it first by following a few easy steps:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. On the home screen tap the ‘Add’ button above the ‘Cards’ section.
3. Choose 'GiftCard' and then the option ‘Add GiftCard’.
4. Enter the 16-digit card number.

You’ll receive your card’s PIN and the static password for online payments via SMS. The card will also appear on the home screen and you can easily check the transaction history and available balance.
