Can I make a mass budget payment?

With iCard for Business, you can make many payments to the budget with just one operation. Instead of filling in the details of each payment individually, you can attach a list using a .xls template that contains all the details of the recipients, the amounts and the details of the budget payments. 

Follow these steps to send a mass budget payment through the iCard for Business online platform: 

  1. Log into your iCard for Business account from here.
  2. Choose the ‘Budget Payments’ menu from the main navigation.
  3. Select the “Mass budget payment” option.
  4. Download the .xls template and fill in the required recipient information. Check out the detailed instructions here.
  5. Attach the file back into the platform and choose from which account you wish to make the payment.
  6. Review the details and confirm the operation.
