How do I cancel a recurring payment?
You can cancel your recurring payment from the online platform by following these steps:
- Log into your iCard for Business online account here.
- Click the 'Transfers' menu from the main navigation.
- Choose the 'Recurring payments' sub-menu.
- Find the recurring payment you want to cancel and click the 'Delete' icon.
- Confirm the cancellation.
