What happens if some transfers fail when I send a mass bank transfer?

If some of the payments cannot be processed, the system will display a message on the review screen after uploading the file. That way you can check the reason why these transfers couldn’t be processed. In case it is related to a mistake in the provided information, you can easily edit the file and upload it again. 

If the system does not display a message, but some of the transfers were not received by the recipients and the amounts were automatically reversed to your account, it means that the issue is probably related to the recipients’ banks. You can either contact the recipients to confirm the payment details or send us an e-mail at support@icard.com to investigate the case.
