How can I get an account certificate?

You can download a digital certificate for each of your accounts directly from the online platform.

1. Go to www.icard.com and follow the steps to log in.
2. Click on 'Accounts' from the side menu.
3. Choose your account, click on the three dots icon, and select 'Certificate'.

If you need a paper copy, you’ll need to contact our support team. We can send you the document with a courier at your expense. Keep in mind that there’s an issuing fee according to your Tariff. Check applicable fees for this service here.
