My residence permit has expired. What should I do?

As a licensed financial institution, it’s our duty to keep your information up to date so you can take advantage of all our services. That’s why, if your residence permit expires, you’ll start receiving reminders to upload a new one. 

Kindly note that in case you don’t upload your new residence permit, your account will be restricted due to legal reasons and we won't be able to provide you with financial services if we don’t have a valid ID document from you.

We’ve made the process fast and easy – just follow these steps: 

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. A request for uploading your document will pop up.
3. Take a photo of your document or choose a file from your storage.
