How to upload additional documents?

In case we’ve requested a document from you, you’ll receive a push notification and an e-mail with an explanation of why we requested it from you. Right after you log into the app, a screen will pop up for uploading the required document which will navigate you in the process.

Uploading documents is also available from your iCard profile. You can follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your iCard app and choose 'Menu' from the main navigation.
  2. Tap on your profile picture in the upper-left corner.
  3. Select the 'Upload documents' button and choose one of the options.

You can either take a picture or upload a file from your phone’s storage. You can upload multiple documents at once.

If we don't receive the requested documents from you, we won’t be able to approve your identity and your submission will be declined.
