Where can I find my monthly account statement?

You’ll find the monthly statements of your iCard accounts in the mobile app.

  1. Log into your iCard app.
  2. Choose 'Menu' from the main navigation and then 'Accounts'.
  3. Click on your account and choose ‘Statements’.

You’ll find a statement for each month that has already passed. Each statement contains a report of all financial operations that took place during the given period, as well as the opening and closing balance of the account. 

If you need a paper copy, you should contact our Support Team. We can send you the document with a courier at your expense. Keep in mind that there’s an issuing fee according to your Tariff. Check applicable fees for this service here.
