I lost access to my mobile device. What can I do?

The only way you can access your account is by using your phone.

In case you lost your phone, please contact us immediately by calling +44 20 3129 1213, or sending us an e-mail at support@icard.com so that we can temporarily lock your account to prevent it from any unauthorised access.
