How to increase my account limits?

If you want us to revise your limits, you need to send us a written request at support@icard.com or contact us through our live chat. You should include the following information in your request:

• What is the type of operation for which you need higher limits – money transfers, account funding, or card transactions?
• On what basis do you want it increased – single, daily, or monthly?
• What is the exact amount to which you wish your limits to be increased?
• What is the reason for requesting a higher limit?
• For what period of time do you need the higher limit?

Once we receive your request, it’ll be reviewed by our team and you’ll be notified via e-mail about our decision.
