If we request a document from you, you’ll receive a push notification and an e-mail explaining why we requested it from you. Right after you log into the app, a screen will pop up for uploading the required document which will navigate you in the process.
Uploading documents is also available from your iCard profile. You can follow the steps below:
You can either take a picture or upload a file from your phone’s storage. You can upload multiple documents at once.
If we don't receive the requested documents from you, we won’t be able to approve your identity and your submission will be declined.
