Why won’t iCard let me sign up?

We have certain criteria you should meet to be able to register for iCard services. If you come across any difficulties upon signing up, check the following possible reasons:

  • You should be at least 18 years old to use iCard.
  • You’re using a virtual mobile number. We don’t accept this kind of mobile numbers and you won’t be able to receive the confirmation SMS code on it.
  • You’re using a device with a modified OS. iCard can’t run on rooted or jailbroken mobile devices.
  • You already have a registration for iCard with the phone number or the e-mail you are trying to enter during the registration. Keep in mind that you can have only one account with us.
  • You don’t receive the SMS code for registration – you can read more here.
