My ID document has expired. What should I do?

As a licensed financial institution, it’s our duty to keep your information up to date so you can take advantage of all our services. That’s why, a month prior to the expiration date of your ID document, you’ll start receiving reminders to upload your renewed document. 

Kindly note that in case you don’t upload your new ID document, your account will be restricted due to legal reasons and we won't be able to provide you with financial services.

We’ve made the process fast and easy – just follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your iCard app.
  2. A request for uploading your document will pop up.
  3. Take a photo of your document or choose a file from your storage.

You should upload your document in case you’ve renewed it for any other reason: change of name, address, damage, loss or theft of a document, etc.
