Why was my account closed?

Sometimes we may take the decision to close an account as we follow strict rules and guidelines to comply with the applicable regulations, as well as with our internal procedures. If we suspend an account, it’s usually because of one of the following reasons:

  • You’ve breached the Legal Agreement for iCard personal account;
  • We’re required to do so under any law or regulation;
  • We have a good reason to suspect that your behaviour is fraudulent;
  • You haven’t provided us with the information and/or documents that were requested, or there’s a good reason to suspect that you’ve provided false or insufficient information;
  • You haven’t paid any amounts due in a reasonable period after you were notified.

We may also close your iCard account due to other reasons described in the iCard Legal Agreement. In case your account has been terminated due to compliance reasons, we won’t be able to provide you with further information. In such cases, you won't be able to register again for our services.
