I forgot my passcode. How to reset it?

If you’ve forgotten your passcode, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your iCard app and tap on 'Forgotten passcode' on the login screen.
2. Enter the verification code received via SMS. 
3. Enter your date of birth on the next screen.
4. You will receive an e-mail or a voice call with a 6-digit security code that you should enter in the app.
5. Set up a new strong passcode.

In case you don’t receive the 6-digit security code, wait for the counter to expire and tap on 'Request new code'.
