I forgot my passcode. How to reset it?
If you’ve forgotten your passcode, you can follow these steps:
- Open your iCard app and tap on 'Forgotten passcode' on the login screen.
- Enter the verification code received via SMS.
- Enter your date of birth on the next screen.
- You will receive an e-mail or a voice call with a 6-digit security code that you should enter in the app.
- Set up a new strong passcode.
In case you don’t receive the 6-digit security code, wait for the counter to expire and tap on 'Request new code'.
