I can’t log into the online platform. What can I do?

If you’re having trouble logging into the online platform, please make sure that the time zone and date on your mobile device are set automatically.

If this doesn’t work for you, try logging out of your account on your mobile phone and logging in again. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open your iCard app. 
  2. Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the login screen.
  3. Choose the ‘Switch user’ option and log in again.
