How can I downgrade my plan?
If you're on an annual plan and you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can use your plan until the end of your one-year subscription period and then notify us so that we can downgrade it.
If you're on a monthly plan and you’d like to cancel it, you have to notify us by e-mail. Keep in mind that you'll need to pay a cancellation fee according to the applicable terms and tariffs of iCard Visa Infinite and iCard Metal in order to cover the cost of the card production and delivery. Once you downgrade your plan, you’ll be able to use your premium card until its expiration date without any benefits such as free cash withdrawals or free bank transfers.
