I had a premium subscription in the past, but my account was downgraded. How can I upgrade again?

If you don’t pay your premium service fee within 5 days of its payment date, we’ll block your card and we’ll try to collect the due amount from all your accounts and linked cards. In case you don’t pay the due service fee in terms of 30 days of its payment date, we’ll automatically downgrade your plan. Your premium card can be used for payments, but all included benefits that come with the premium plan will be terminated. 

If you still have an active premium card, you can upgrade your account and subscribe again for the premium services by contacting us via the live chat in the app or at support@icard.com. If your premium card was destroyed or expired, you can upgrade your account by ordering a new premium card after paying the subscription fee.
