What can I do if I can’t log into the app?

In case you’re having trouble logging in, please check if:

  • You’ve updated your iCard app to the latest version in your app market;
  • Your internet connection is stable;
  • You’ve temporarily blocked your account due to a wrongly entered passcode.

If you’ve forgotten your passcode and have entered the wrong one 3 times, you have to wait for 15 minutes until your account is unlocked again. In case you’ve entered a wrong passcode more than 6 times, your login will be permanently blocked and you’ll have to contact our Customer Support Team via chat or e-mail.

If you can’t remember your passcode, we advise you to not make suggestions and choose the 'Forgotten passcode' option on the login screen and follow the steps to reset it.
