How can I get an account certificate?
You can download a digital certificate for each of your accounts directly from the online platform.
- Go to www.icard.com and follow the steps to log in.
- Click on 'Accounts' from the side menu.
- Choose your account, click on the three dots icon, and select 'Certificate'.
If you need a paper copy, you’ll need to contact our support team. We can send you the document with a courier at your expense. Keep in mind that there’s an issuing fee according to your Tariff. Check applicable fees for this service here.
