What can I provide as proof of address?

In case you’ve provided us with an ID document that doesn’t have an address on it, you’ll be asked to submit proof of your address. The document should be issued in your name within the last three months and could be one of the following:

• Bank account statement;
• Utility bill for electricity, water, gas, Internet, TV, or landline (keep in mind that a mobile phone bill’s not accepted);
• Residence certificate issued by a municipality;
• Other government-issued documents – for example, tax bills;
• Identification document (only in case your registered address is specified on it) – this could be an ID card, passport, or driving license.

Keep in mind that all details (not only the address) should be visible and readable. It’s important to note that screenshots can’t be accepted for verification purposes. The requested document can either be an electronic extract, a paper scan, or a photo of the original.
