What does my insurance cover and what to do if an insured event occurs?

If you’re a cardholder of iCard Metal or iCard Visa Infinite, you get free travel insurance. It offers you coverage for the following events:

  • Medical treatment and assistance;
  • Emergency dental treatment;
  • Hospitalisation and transportation expenses;
  • Baggage loss and delay;
  • Flight delay/cancellation;
  • Personal liability;
  • Loss/theft of ID documents and/or bank cards.

You’re protected during every trip you take, either personal or business, that lasts no longer than 90 days.

You can check more details about all covered risks in the Certificate for Insurance coverage here. Keep in mind that the medical insurance provides you with coverage worldwide, except in your country of origin or permanent residence, countries of war/civil war, and the USA and Canada.

If an insurance event occurs, you should contact the Assistance company and Generali Insurance AD within 48 hours.
