How do I activate my card?

Once you receive your card, you’ll need to activate it first in order to pay with it. Just follow these easy steps to activate it:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Find your card in the ‘Cards’ section on the home screen.
3. Click on the 'Activate' button.
4. Enter the 16-digit number that’s written on your plastic card or scan it with your phone using the NFC reader (for Android devices only)

Once you activate it, you’ll receive your PIN via SMS. You can start using it right away for online and POS payments, as well as cash withdrawals. If you need your PIN code, you can check it in the app at any time. Keep in mind that you can’t change your PIN from the app.
