I don’t recognise a transaction. What should I do?

In case you don’t recognize a transaction, the first thing you should do is log into the app and freeze your card. Then, get in touch with our Customer Support Team and report the unauthorised transaction and submit a chargeback request. 

Keep in mind that if you decide to request a chargeback, your card will remain blocked until we receive the decision for the dispute.
