My card is blocked. What should I do?

The most common reasons why your card was blocked are:

  • You’ve entered the wrong PIN code or CVC several times;
  • Our security system has detected a transaction (or an attempt) that could be fraudulent and blocked your card automatically;

In such situations, you should contact our Customer Support Team as you won’t be able to unblock your card on your own.

Your card may also be blocked if you haven’t paid your premium subscription for iCard Metal or iCard Visa Infinite. In such cases, you’ll need to repay the amount due in order to have it activated
