How do I freeze (block) my card?

You can freeze your card as an extra security step to block any spending with it. Here’s how to do it in seconds:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Choose the card you want to freeze in the ‘Cards’ section on the home screen.
3. Tap on the 'Freeze' button below the card. 

This will block all payment attempts with this card – cash withdrawals, POS and online payments, including transactions through Google Pay and Apple Pay. Remember that you need to follow the same steps to defrost it before you use it again. Keep in mind that if your card has been added to Google Pay or Apple Pay, there is no need to do anything after you unfreeze it. You will be able to continue using it.
