In the event your case doesn’t meet the criteria set within Mastercard or Visa’s rules, we won’t be able to submit a chargeback request. Unfortunately, in this scenario, we won’t be able to help further.
If the merchant accepts your claim, the amount be refunded. In case it’s rejected, we may ask for more information to assess if we can continue the process.
Once requested, the merchant has up to 45 days to respond. If the merchant rejects your claim, it can take longer. The entire process from when you first request a dispute to the final decision can take up to 12 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the chargeback process and cannot guarantee the outcome since the dispute will be decided by Visa and Mastercard.
