How can I order a plastic GiftCard?

Ordering a GiftCard is fast and convenient. You can place an order from the app and have the card delivered in a few days. Here’s how:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. On the home screen tap the ‘Add’ button above the ‘Cards’ section.
3. Choose 'GiftCard' and then the option ‘Order GiftCard’.
4. Select one of the predefined designs or tap the photo button to upload a picture from your gallery. 
5. Choose an amount to top up. You can choose between EUR and BGN currency.
6. You can add the recipient’s name and a greeting. They’ll both be written on the card.
7. Enter the delivery details - the address and the contacts of the person who will receive the package. This can be you, the recipient, or someone else. 
8. Review the details and confirm.

Your order should be reviewed by our team and once it’s approved, you’ll receive a notification. It’ll be delivered in an elegant envelope with express shipping to an address of your choice.
