How to restart my iCard app?

To restart your iCard app, you can force-stop the app or go through the 'Switch user' option. These are the two basic troubleshooting methods.

To force-stop the app, follow these steps:

  1. Long-press on the iCard app and tap on the info icon from the menu that pops up.
  2. On the app info page, tap on the 'Force stop' option.
  3. After that, try opening iCard again.

To go through the 'Switch user' by following the steps:

  1. Open your iCard app.
  2. Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the login screen.
  3. Choose the 'Switch user' option and log in again. Keep in mind that we’ll need to confirm your new login with your passcode and 2-factor authentication via SMS or voice call.
