Manage your bills and taxes with one app

Add the bills you want to pay by entering the client’s number or subscription number. You can cover them all with no extra fee.

Check all vehicle or property taxes only by entering a personal identification number or unified identification code. A fee of 0.50 leva is applied for each municipality tax paid via the digital wallet.

To get started, please select one of the two options:

Utility bills | Municipality taxes

For utility bills:

1. Open the iCard app, select “Menu”, and tap on “Utility bills”.
2. Add a bill by selecting the service provider.
3. Type your client number or subscription number and tap on “Next”.
4. Choose “Pay” to cover the liabilities or “Save to my bills” to pay later and receive notifications for future bills from this service provider.

Pay different service providers and municipalities

iCard has an expanding network of partners, including municipalities and service providers. Check if you can find yours in the iCard Digital Wallet. You can make instant tax payments to the municipalities on the list via the mobile app. For tax payments to all other municipalities, please use iCard’s online platform – section “Budget payments”. Make it easy for you and your family, and cover all liabilities in no time.
