Why can’t I add my card to Click to Pay?

If you have previously removed your card from Click to Pay and you want to add it back but you are experiencing some issues, please make sure that:

  • Your account is currently active
  • The card you’re trying to add is currently active
  • If you are adding the card from the checkout, the e-mail address you use matches the one registered for iCard.
  • The online payment was successful

If all of these conditions are met and you still cannot add your card, please contact us at support@icard.com and one of our agents will assist you.
