I’ve been charged twice for the same transaction. What should I do?

This may sometimes happen due to technical or connection issues at the POS terminal. If you’ve been charged more than once for the same transaction, usually the merchant will reverse the amount immediately but sometimes it can take up to 10 business days.

If the money is not returned to your iCard account automatically within the defined timeframe, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team.
