  • Enter the information about the trip and click “Continue”.

  • Choose whether you’d like to include an additional package to your insurance policy.

  • Review the information and the selected coverages, and confirm.

The coverage comes into effect from 00:00 on the starting date of the insurance and after leaving the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or the country of permanent residence. Upon the occurrence of an insurance event, the Insurer shall reimburse only the expenses that the Insured person can prove with supporting documents and the occurrence of which is registered in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Terms and conditions of the insurance.

Assistance in case of a policy event

In the occurrence of a policy event, as well as for assistance in case of an emergency, hospitalization or damage while abroad, you need to contact Colonnade Assistance. You need to register the event by calling within 24 hours of its occurrence and to notify the insurer in written form within 7 days of your return to Bulgaria.
